In the original publication, two DIA datasets—the dose-response rapamycin dataset corresponding to Extended Fig. 1b, d and the dose-response HSP90 inhibitor dataset corresponding to Supplementary Fig. 21—were searched using Spectronaut version 18.1. All other DIA datasets were searched using Spectronaut version 15.3, as now clarified in the Methods “DIA spectra analysis” subsection.
