Animal data does not always extrapolate to human data or benefit.  The jump from “worked in rats” to “inject this into yourself” is a crazy leap and shouldn’t be ran with until human research is done. Human data is thin, low-quality, or nonexistent for many peptide claims. 4. Anecdotes, case reports, and tiny studies are not proof of safety or effectiveness…… especially for long-term use. 5. Without the research with firm recommendations……. You are the clinical trial without monitoring or oversight. If something goes wrong, it’s on you. 6. Quality control is a massive issue.
