While GHK-Cu is a well-studied peptide, the evidence does not support such sweeping claims.

What the research actually shows

GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding peptide that has been investigated for its role in wound healing and skin remodeling. In vitro and animal studies suggest that GHK-Cu can stimulate collagen production, promote angiogenesis, and modulate inflammation. Some human studies, primarily using topical formulations, have reported improvements in skin elasticity, firmness, and photodamage. Limits of the evidence
