GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding peptide that has been studied for wound healing, skin remodeling, and hair follicle biology. In vitro and animal studies suggest it can stimulate dermal papilla cells and increase expression of growth factors like VEGF and FGF. Some small human studies have looked at topical GHK-Cu for skin rejuvenation, but hair growth trials are limited.
