It also hints at systemic benefits, such as improved collagen production and wound healing, without specifying the limitations of topical delivery or the need for consistent, long-term use.
What the research actually covers
GHK-Cu has been investigated for its role in skin biology. Studies indicate that it can stimulate collagen synthesis, support antioxidant defenses, and promote wound healing in certain contexts. However, most research is preclinical or small-scale, and clinical evidence for cosmetic anti-aging effects is limited. A few human studies have shown modest improvements in skin elasticity and wrinkle depth after weeks or months of use, but results are not uniform and are often modest.
Limits of the evidence
