What the research neighborhood actually covers
GHK-Cu is one of the most studied copper peptides. Early in vitro and animal studies suggest it can stimulate collagen synthesis, support wound healing, and exhibit antioxidant properties. Some small human studies, often using creams with GHK-Cu, have reported improvements in skin elasticity, firmness, and fine lines. However, the evidence base is far from conclusive. Many studies are small, short-term, or industry-funded, and results vary by formulation and concentration.
